HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
This is extremely expensive to test, but allows us to ensure that what's on the label is in the product. It quantifies each ingredient to confirm it's in the product, and in the quantity stated on the label. We send it out to 2-3 labs for HPLC, not just 1 (which itself is not a requirement), unheard of in the industry where most don't even HPLC.
Microbial
Microbial testing is to ensure the product is not contaminated with salmonella, E. Coli., or other microbials.
Metals
Metal testing is to ensure the product has not been contaminated with metals either from suppliers or through manufacturing.
Banned Substances
We test for banned substances to ensure ingredients from suppliers and the finished product has not been contaminated.
