PROCCOR PHARMACEUTICALS INC REACHES SETTLEMENT IN THIN FIT LINE LLC NIGHTSHIFT WASHINGTON FEDERAL LAWSUIT

TAMPA, Dec. 23, 2022 -- PROCCOR Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Florida based corporation specializing in the manufacture, formulation and distribution of world-class dietary supplements, has reached a settlement in its federal lawsuit filed against Thin Fit Line LLC, on September 26, 2022.

PROCCOR Pharmaceuticals Inc. has asserted its rights to the NIGHTSHIFT federal trademark, and Thin Fit Line LLC has filed express abandonments of both the NIGHT SHIFT and THIN FIT LINE NIGHTSHIFT it attempted to register with the USPTO.

PROCCOR Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s CEO, Ross Krigsman, stated "It's unfortunate it has taken 3 years to resolve an issue with indisputable facts on the matter. However, we are satisfied that we have asserted our rights to our IP in all aspects. This should be a clear message to potential infringers who believe they can make a name and profit off of our IP, products and hard work; we will prosecute you to the full extent of the law, regardless of cost and time involved."
